‘Do Not Remove From Plane’: Flyers Show Off Their Collections of Stolen In-Flight Safety Information Cards

Most people ignore the in-flight safety announcements. At this point, we all know how flying works. Plus, if things go to shit, we’re all just going to ignore the instructions and freak out anyway. What’s the point?
Not only that, but if things get *really* bad, we can always just look at our in-flight safety information card. That’s as long as someone hasn’t stolen it, of course — which, apparently, people do.
That’s right: there’s a whole online community of people who collect in-flight safety information cards. While some say they only buy theirs at auctions or secondhand, others readily admit that they just nab them from whatever flight they’re on (a practice with a mixed reputation amongst enthusiasts).
